Salm 15
Cò dh'fhanas ann ad phàillean shuas? A Thighearna, cò e? Air do chnoc naomh cò 'n tì sin leat a chòmhnaicheas gach rè? An tì a ghluais gu treibhdhireach, is ionracas a chleachd, Labhras an fhìrinn sin a-mach a tha na chridhe steach. An tì nach dèan air neach air bith cùl-chàineadh 'm feasd le bheul, Nach dèan aon lochd da choimhearsnach, 's nach tog air fòs droch sgeul; A nì trom-thailceas air an daoi: ach urram dhaibh a bheir Don eagal Dia; 's nach caochail mionn gad thigeadh calldach air. Airgead air ocar nach do chuir; an aghaidh fòs nan saoi Duais nach do ghabh: cha ghluaisear e gu bràth mar sin a nì.

Psalm 15
Psalm. Of David.
O Yahweh, who may stay in your tent? Who may live on your holy hill? Whoever lives blamelessly, whoever acts honestly, whoever speaks truth from the heart, who keeps guard on his tongue, does his neighbour no wrong, casts no slurs on his fellows, who despises the vile, honours those who fear Yahweh, stands by oaths to his cost; who lends without usury, takes no bribes against the innocent. Whoever does these things will never be shaken.
