Psalm 67

Gàidhlig

Salm 67

Gun dèanadh Dia mòr thròcair oirnn,
  's ar beannachadh a-ghnàth;
Is togadh e gu gràsmhor oirnn
  dealradh a ghnùis' gu bràth.

Chum fìos do shlighe bhith gu fìor
  's gach uile thìr air bith;
Is iomradh air do shlàinte chaoimh
  measg fhineachan fa leth.

Moladh am poball thus', a Dhè;
  moladh gach poball thu.
Biodh gàirdeachas air fineachan,
  gu h-ait a' seinn do chliù;

Oir ceart-bhreith bheir thu air an t-sluagh,
  riaghlaidh air thalamh iad.
Moladh gach poball thus', a Dhè;
  moladh iad thu 's gach àit.

'N sin bheir gach talamh is gach fonn
  deagh thoradh trom gu pailt;
Is cuiridh Dia ar Tighearn oirnn
  a bheannachadh gun airc.

Nì Dia ar beannachadh gun cheist,
  's bidh 'eagal-san gu fìor
Air gach aon neach a dh'àiticheas
  fad iomall crìoch gach tìr'.

Psalm 67

For the choirmaster. For strings. Psalm. Song.

May God be gracious to us and bless us,
       and turn his face to shine upon us;
that your ways may be known on earth,
       and all nations may know your salvation.
May the peoples praise you, O God,
       may all the nations praise you;
may the nations rejoice and sing for joy,
       for you judge the peoples justly
       and guide the nations of earth.
O God, may the nations praise you,
       may all the peoples praise you,
The land has given its harvest,
       God, our God has blessed us.
God has blessed us,
       that all the world may fear him.
